Specialization is the key to success

Landfills: New solar use

Disused landfills are often unpopular fallow land, which can be hardly used. Also the solar use is difficult due to problematic ground conditions.

We developed a special construction mode for such areas, which is configured on ground conditions as usual foil covers, foundation depth, subsidence and low load capacity. The relatio concept for solar use of landfills has already been proved several times. Furthermore, landfills offer several advantages for investors, which other projects do not have and despite of apparently low return in contrary make these projects very profitable. So, landfills are

  • already protected against theft,
  • vandalism is no matter,
  • someone is always in situ,
  • no risk or costs in regards to building permission,
  • construction in reserve: Efficiency via photovoltaics,
  • highly interesting and supported politically

Construction in reserve: Efficiency via photovoltaics

Especially in economically weak times, activities in the sector of industrial construction decline. Disused industrial areas may be covered with photovoltaics "in reserve": An investor builds industrial areas, which are needed later on, but which have to be available at short notice.

Such an investment is only profitable, if supplemental revenue from the sale of solar current comes in. Therefore we set much value on the solar use during the planning and complete the photovoltaic plant first, while the installation of the industrial area under the sun roof can be executed unhurriedly and as necessary.

Association buildings: Together strong

The solar use of association buildings is an excellent chance for financing of redevelopment measures and other intentions. Associations are able to rent out their roof areas to operating companies, which is founded by members. The solar use of the roof in Öschelbronn even enabled the roofing and redevelopment of the cycling track.

Club houses, indoor riding halls, tennis courts and even more - rely on the experience of relatio!
